ORDERS AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. You must specify your name, email address, delivery address and billing address and at-least one contact number so as to process your order. 

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item, we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email. If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before your item is dispatched by contacting us through phone, text or email. We do not provide the provision to cancel the order from your account, however, this will be added in future updates. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive an email stating that the order has been cancelled and the same will be reflected on your order list.

PAYMENTS

We care about your hard-earned money and your concerns about using your card details online. So we process your order with our payment mode of  'Cash-on-Delivery'. We define this payment as 'Pay for your online purchased goods at the time of delivery'. No more worries about safety of your credit cards details for online usage. Shop with us confidently and pay us when your package is delivered safely at your doorstep.

YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY

We deliver within specified areas in Qatar only. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed with us or as notified, and are delivered at your Delivery Address. However, in certain unlikely circumstance that the product is out of stock, we will notify you by email or call. We will give high priority to arrange such product in the shortest possible time or if the product is discontinued by the manufacturer, we will replace your order product with a similar option at your consent. Customized desktops will take a bit longer to be delivered. You will be notified of the delivery time once an order is placed for custom-build desktops. 

All orders above QAR 999.00 are delivered free of cost anywhere in Qatar within city limits. However, a small delivery charge is applicable for orders less than the above said. Delivery charges may also apply for orders above QAR 999.00 if the delivery address is out of city limits. We advise you to group your items in one order so that they are delivered together. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

You will generally need to be available between 09.00am and 07:00pm to receive the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example, you may want to use your work address for delivery if your employer’s workplace policies allow this. If you do not answer when the delivery person tries to deliver your order, we will leave you a note. You must then contact us to arrange re-delivery.

We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with a proof of identity. Certain products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery and if no one is available at the address when the delivery is attempted the products will be retained by the delivery person. He will leave notification of attempted delivery and you may re-arrange delivery at a later time.
